Alisaun Crenshaw, Vice Chair

Alisaun Crenshaw is the owner of 300 Main, LLC and Sunni Ann Rustic Shop on Main Street Walhalla, SC. She started Sunni Ann Rustic Shop in 2018 after crafting wooden signs and selling them to friends and family. Several sales and trade shows later- she decided to open a store. This was a change from her 12-year career in corporate Property Management where she managed large multi-family housing communities and traveled extensively on the East Coast and the South. The company she previously worked for bought distressed properties then renovated and restored them to increase the value of the property. Because of this career she found a love for old buildings and renovations and always wanted to restore an old building of her own. In 2020 during the height of the pandemic she and her husband Michael Crenshaw, invested in a 6000 square foot historic building on Main Street Walhalla and called the building 300 Main. They opened Sunni Ann Rustic Shop in one of the three retail spaces and now are expanding the store into one of their other spaces. They are also opening the upstairs luxury apartments calling them The Residences at 300 Main. Alisaun and Michael reside in Seneca and are raising 2 kids including one Clemson student. Alisaun is originally from the Low Country but is in love with the Upstate and can’t imagine living anywhere else. She and is excited to be a part of historic Main Street Walhalla not only with her business but also serving where she can.
